I'm Back!

It’s been a few years since I’ve posted regularly on this blog but as we approach the one year anniversary of this pandemic, it feels like the right time to start back up.  After all, for those who know me, I have lots to say!  

I would love to share with you more of what we are doing, what the needs of those struggling in our community are right now, and introduce you to some of our staff, volunteers, and guests.  I will be posting on here twice a week - Wednesdays and Saturdays so be sure to subscribe!  

The past year has been a wild ride for all of us and I would love to hear from you - what topics would you like to see covered on this blog?  How has this past year affected you and your family?  What challenges have you faced and how have you changed? 

As a non profit ministry we have definitely faced challenges such as our drop in numbers tripling and a significant decrease in volunteers but we have met those challenges thanks to incredible community support.  We have come to appreciate this province in a much deeper way and I personally am thankful to call Nova Scotia home.  I look forward to sharing more of our journey with all of you!
