- Be a recent graduate of culinary school... OR...
- Have experience in institutional and quantity cooking (100+).
- Be physically fit: able to stand for long periods of time, work in hot or humid environments, and lift up to the 100 lb range.
- Must have food safety handlers certificate and first aid.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Work well in a team.
- Be a clean freak!
- Be creative in the kitchen to work around donated food items on a strict budget.
- Be able to share faith and testimony and pray with guests.
