Well, folks, this is the last call for a seat at our Third Annual Love Your Neighbour Fund Raising Banquet. It's going to be a fantastic night!
We have 550 people coming so far, the dinner menu is set to delicious, and we have special guests from across the Prairies. We are looking forward to the music of the Regina String Quartet, all members of a certain symphony I am not allowed to blog about... I had the priveledge of hearing Tara Robinson MC the YWCA Women of Distinction Awards and she is truly a delight!
And of course, the real reason we all attend (besides to give money to our wonderful cause!) is the LifeChange Graduation. Please come and meet Myrna, Crystal, Melissa and her son, Ethan, Jay, Vince, Don, Charlie, & Ken. It is going to be an incredible ceremony with presentations made by our very own Roughrider Coach Couple, Danny & Alison Barrett.
The other day, Don and Ken came on the radio with me to promote our special event, and he said, "I've never graduated from anything before." This is quite common amongst our graduates. Please come to show them your support. What they have overcome in one year would take many of us an entire lifetime to achieve.
